Thank you Lori. Historic Bari port is gorgeous. My mom was born in Terlizzi a few miles from there. Not sure of your plans, but there are so many gorgeous little tows in the entire Salento region just south of there, but if you don’t have the time and like Medieval castles, consider ‘Castel del Monte’ near Bari. Beautifully preserved castle.
